This blog is about setting fitness goals and sticking to them. My initial goal is a 100 day running streak – no rest days. I would ultimately love to continue the running streak until my wedding (222 days from day 1).

Even on a “rest day” or a “cheat day,” ONE mile is manageable. I have read about people taking on the 100 Day Challenge, and become marathon runners or lose 50 (+) pounds. My goals do not include running a marathon (at the moment) or losing weight, but I am looking forward to how this challenge will affect my body and level of fitness.
